Founder's Note

David Cassidy

Too many employers struggle to find work-ready people while too many individuals remain locked out of rewarding careers. HighViz Training was founded to bridge that gap — starting with genuine vacancies and building preparation around the opportunities available.

David Cassidy leads partnerships, programme design and employer engagement. Experienced trainers deliver accredited provision. Administrative support manages participant communication, test booking, card applications and progress records.

Throughout his career, David has worked across the public, private and third sectors, helping people overcome barriers to employment and supporting organisations to find the talent they need. Those experiences shaped the belief that successful employability is built on partnership, not simply training.

HighViz Training is based in Glasgow and accepts commissioned work from organisations across Scotland, England and Wales.

We deliver accredited training, but qualifications are only part of the journey. Every programme is designed around employer demand, equipping participants with the knowledge, confidence and support they need to progress towards real employment opportunities.

As a REHIS Approved Training Centre, DYW Pledge Partner and signatory to the Social Recruitment Covenant, we are committed to high-quality, employer-aligned training designed to create lasting outcomes for participants, businesses and communities.

"Our ambition is to become the employment training and progression partner of choice for commissioning organisations across Great Britain — bringing together employers, recruitment agencies, local authorities and employability organisations to create sustainable pathways into employment."

"Because when people are given the right opportunity, everyone benefits."

Why We Exist

Why HighViz Training Exists

Too many employers struggle to recruit suitable entry-level staff while too many people remain locked out of employment because they lack the right preparation, confidence, qualifications or connection to an opportunity.

HighViz Training was created to bridge that gap. We begin with genuine workforce demand and build appropriate preparation, training and support around the opportunities available.

Construction is our established specialism. We are now extending this employer-led approach into hospitality and other sectors where genuine entry-level vacancies exist and where structured preparation makes a real difference.

What We Stand For

Outcomes Over Outputs

We measure and report meaningful progression towards employment, keeping qualification achievements, employer engagement and verified employment outcomes clearly distinguished.

Genuine Partnership

We build real relationships with the organisations we work with — taking the time to understand their needs and designing programmes that genuinely fit their context.

Quality Training

HighViz Training is a REHIS Approved Training Centre. Our health and safety training is REHIS approved, and participants are supported through the relevant CITB testing and CSCS card application requirements.

Accessible Provision

We work with people facing all kinds of barriers to employment — and we design our programmes to be as accessible and supportive as possible.

Inclusive Employment

As a signatory to the Social Recruitment Covenant, HighViz Training is committed to reducing barriers, widening access to opportunity and supporting people who face disadvantage in the labour market towards meaningful employment.

Delivery Team and Capacity

HighViz Training combines programme leadership, experienced accredited trainers, administrative support and a developing network of qualified associate trainers. This structure supports participant communication, accredited delivery, qualification administration, employer engagement and commissioner reporting.

Our Delivery Network

HighViz Training works with experienced associate trainers and specialist delivery partners across Scotland and Great Britain. This allows commissioned programmes to draw on appropriate sector expertise, accredited provision and local delivery capacity, while HighViz Training retains overall programme coordination, quality assurance and commissioner reporting.
