HighViz Training is expanding its delivery capacity and wants to hear from qualified, experienced trainers throughout Great Britain who can support public-sector, employability and employer-led contracts.
About the Network
HighViz Training delivers employment training and progression programmes across Great Britain, with established expertise in construction and growing delivery across hospitality, employability and other sectors. As we grow, we are building a network of self-employed associate trainers who can support delivery across a range of subjects and locations.
Associates are considered according to confirmed contracts, subjects, locations and availability. Joining the network does not guarantee work or create an employment relationship.
Delivery may be face-to-face, online or blended, depending on the contract and commissioner requirements.

What We Look For
Relevant qualifications
Recognised qualifications appropriate to the subjects you deliver.
Trainer or assessor credentials
A recognised teaching, training or assessing qualification or equivalent experience.
Occupational competence
Practical, up-to-date knowledge and experience in your subject area.
Experience with diverse learners
Confidence supporting people with varied backgrounds, barriers and learning needs.
Appropriate insurance
Public liability and professional indemnity insurance appropriate to your delivery.
Reliability and administration
Strong organisational skills, professional communication and dependable delivery.
