Hospitality employment and upskilling
Let Us Help Prepare People for Your Entry-Level Vacancies
HighViz Training helps hospitality employers promote genuine vacancies, prepare suitable candidates and explore funded training around the roles. There is no recruitment or introduction fee to the employer.
Trusted employment and training delivery
The vacancy comes first.
We do not run generic hospitality training courses. We begin with genuine workforce demand: your vacancies, your requirements and your timescales. We then explore how suitable people could be identified, prepared and upskilled around the opportunities available.
No Recruitment Fee to the Employer
There is no recruitment or introduction fee for the employer. HighViz Training works with employability partners and publicly funded organisations to identify potential funding arrangements and prepare suitable candidates for genuine vacancies. Training activity depends on appropriate funding and suitable candidates being available. Employers retain complete control over applications, interviews and recruitment decisions.

Entry Level Roles We Can Support
Recruit Locally or Reach Suitable Candidates Across Scotland
Our first approach is to work with the employer and relevant local employability partners to identify and prepare suitable local candidates. Where staff accommodation is available, we can also promote opportunities to jobseekers elsewhere in Scotland who are willing to relocate for seasonal or permanent employment.
Planning to Recruit in Six to Eight Weeks?
The earlier you tell us about anticipated vacancies, the more time we have to approach relevant employability partners, identify interested candidates and shape suitable preparation around the roles. Six to eight weeks' notice is ideal wherever possible.
Rural, Coastal and Island Employers
For rural, coastal and island employers, we can help present the complete opportunity to interested candidates, including the hotel or employer, the location, available staff accommodation, accommodation capacity, accommodation cost, working patterns, salary or hourly rate, main duties, transport considerations, meals on duty, employee benefits, expected start date, expected length of employment and whether the role is seasonal or permanent. Clear information helps potential applicants make an informed decision before expressing an interest.
Employer Information and Recruitment Events
Where appropriate, HighViz Training can organise an employer-focused information and recruitment event for interested jobseekers. We can present the employer, location, vacancies, accommodation, working arrangements, duties, pay and benefits so that candidates understand the complete opportunity before expressing an interest.
This helps employers reach people who are genuinely interested in the role and willing to work in the location. Employers retain complete control over applications, interviews and recruitment decisions.
We can work with hotels and hospitality employers seeking entry-level staff across housekeeping, kitchen, catering, waiting, bar, reception, guest services, maintenance and other suitable roles.
You Do Not Need to Attend the Initial Event
HighViz Training can present your employment opportunities on your behalf using information and approved photographs supplied by your business. We can show interested jobseekers the workplace, surrounding area, staff accommodation, duties, pay, working arrangements, transport considerations and employee benefits.
This allows people to understand the complete opportunity before deciding whether they would like to be considered. Employers are welcome to participate, but attendance is not required at the initial information stage.
Where suitable candidates express an interest, the employer retains complete control over applications, interviews and appointments.
A digital employer presentation may include:
All information and images are provided or approved by the employer. HighViz Training does not own or supply employer photographs.
- Photographs of the hotel or workplace
- Photographs of the surrounding location
- Staff accommodation and its cost
- Available positions and main duties
- Pay, working hours and contract length
- Meals, uniform and employee benefits
- Transport and relocation considerations
- Information about the local lifestyle and area
Preparation Shaped Around the Role
Training and preparation are selected according to the role and the employer's requirements. This may include workplace health and safety, elementary food hygiene, customer service, manual handling, first aid where required, personal licence training where relevant, workplace expectations, role and vacancy information, interview preparation and other suitable role-specific preparation agreed with the employer or commissioning partner.
HighViz Training is not a recruitment agency. We organise employer-led employment and upskilling activity around genuine entry-level workforce demand.
