For Employability Providers

A Specialist Employment Pathway for Your Clients

HighViz Training works alongside employability providers, charities and referral organisations to deliver structured employment training and progression support. Our three-level model allows the intervention to reflect participant readiness, genuine workforce demand and the partner's objectives.

Extending your provision into employment

Many employability providers work with clients who are currently out of work and actively looking for a route into employment. Construction can offer entry-level opportunities, but accessing site-based work involves specific qualification, readiness and employer requirements. Our employer-led model is now also extending into hospitality and other sectors.

HighViz Training works alongside your organisation to provide a specialist employment pathway for clients who are motivated to work. You refer the participant — we deliver the relevant accredited training, qualification management and agreed practical support, while you continue to provide the wider employability support your clients need.

This partnership approach means your clients benefit from your expertise in supporting people back into work, and our specialist knowledge of the relevant sector, its entry requirements and its employment landscape.

Three Levels of Employment Progression

HighViz Training assesses the appropriate intervention according to each participant’s readiness, circumstances and available opportunities. This is complementary to, not competitive with, your existing support.

For people needing an accessible first recognised employability milestone.

Why employability providers work with HighViz Training

Specialist sector expertise

We understand construction and hospitality entry requirements and what employers expect. You focus on what you do best — we deliver the specialist training and qualification management.

Clear division of responsibility

At Level 2, the partner retains its relationships with employers and participants. HighViz Training delivers the training and qualification management. At Level 3, employer engagement, candidate preparation and progression support can form part of the commissioned programme.

Outcome reporting

We provide outcome data for referred clients, supporting your own reporting requirements and helping you demonstrate the value of the arrangement to commissioners and funders.

Commissioned delivery, measurable outcomes

Organisations commission HighViz Training using their existing employability, training or community benefit budgets. In return, they receive specialist expertise, accredited qualifications and clear progression data — delivered by a partner who understands what funders and commissioners need to see.

Three levels to match the intervention

Level 1 provides an accessible accredited foundation. Level 2 supports vacancies already identified by the partner. Level 3 is a more intensive employer-led commissioned intervention shaped around genuine workforce demand.

Complementary, not competitive

We work alongside your provision, not instead of it. Your clients remain your clients throughout.

How partnership arrangements work

Once we have agreed an arrangement with your organisation, you introduce us to clients who have expressed an interest in the relevant sector and who you believe are ready to engage with a structured programme.

We meet with the client, assess their readiness and agree the appropriate level of intervention. We keep you updated on their progress and provide outcome data when they complete the programme or move towards employment.

We are flexible about how arrangements work in practice and will adapt our process to fit your organisation's systems, caseload management and reporting requirements.

Discuss a specialist employment partnership

If you work with clients who are ready to move towards employment in construction, hospitality or other sectors, get in touch to discuss how HighViz Training can support your provision. We will explain the three-level model and agree an approach that fits your organisation's objectives.
