Level 2: ENABLE
Partner Vacancy Upskilling
Your vacancies. Your participants. Our training and qualification management.
When an employability partner or commissioning organisation has identified genuine vacancies for the people it supports, HighViz Training can build a focused upskilling pathway around those roles.
The partner provides the vacancy details, employer requirements, location, recruitment timetable and essential qualifications. The partner also identifies suitable participants from its caseload. HighViz Training then delivers the relevant accredited training, workplace preparation and agreed practical support required to prepare those participants for the recruitment process.
Level 2 complements the partner's existing employer engagement and participant support. The partner retains its relationship with the employer and its participants, while HighViz Training provides the specialist training and qualification management.
We do not deliver qualifications speculatively and then begin looking for opportunities. The partner identifies the vacancies first, and the training is selected around the requirements of those roles.
How Level 2 Works
- 1
Vacancies Identified
The partner or commissioning organisation provides details of genuine upcoming vacancies, including role, location, number of opportunities and anticipated start date.
- 2
Requirements Confirmed
The partner confirms the employer's essential qualifications, expectations and recruitment timetable. HighViz Training uses this to design the targeted upskilling pathway.
- 3
Participants Selected
The partner identifies suitable participants from its caseload who are interested in and able to pursue the opportunity.
- 4
Targeted Upskilling Delivered
HighViz Training delivers the accredited training, workplace preparation and agreed practical support required for the roles.
- 5
Progression Reported
Agreed attendance, qualification and progression information is reported to the commissioning partner. The partner manages the relationship with the employer and supports participants through the recruitment process.
Sector Examples
Level 2 is sector neutral. The following examples illustrate how a targeted pathway is built around specific vacancy types identified by a partner.
Hospitality Vacancies
Where a partner has identified hotel, catering, food service or wider hospitality vacancies, the Level 2 package could include:
- REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene
- Health and safety
- Customer service
- Manual handling
- First aid where required
- Personal Licence training where relevant
- Workplace expectations
- Vacancy and role information
- Interview preparation
- Additional role-specific training agreed with the partner
Construction Vacancies
Where a partner has identified genuine construction opportunities, the Level 2 package could include:
- REHIS Elementary Health and Safety
- CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test preparation and booking
- Managed CSCS card application
- Manual handling
- Work readiness
- PPE where agreed
- Vacancy and role information
- Interview preparation
- Additional role-specific training agreed with the partner
The partner leads. We deliver the training.
Level 2 is designed for employability partners and commissioning organisations that already have employer relationships and have identified genuine vacancies for their participants. The partner retains its relationship with the employer and its participants throughout. HighViz Training provides the specialist training, qualification management and agreed practical support — not the employer engagement.
